Hendrick's Gin

Hendrick's Gin is the combination of two unique spirits from two very different stills; the Carter-Head still and the Bennet still. The combination of the two results in a very smooth taste experience that possesses the important balance and character of its sublime flavors. Unlike the more typical small batch distillation quantity of as much as 1,000 liters, Hendrick's is distilled in batches of no more than 500 liters, thus giving their master distiller the most control over her final product. The result is singular in its botanical distinctiveness, which consists of flowers, fruits, seeds, and roots from all over the world. They interact perfectly with one another, thus preparing the way for the two delicious infusions of cucumber, and petals from the distinct Bulgarian Rosa Damascena Rose; two ingredients that are unique to this gin.
