Koloa Dark is a little bit different: it hails from the Hawaiian island of Kaua’i! While Hawaii may not have a storied history of rum production, it is a great location for growing rum's fundamental ingredient -- sugar cane. Koloa Dark is a relatively sweet rum with lots of flavor.
