Charbay Tahitian Vanilla Rum is one of the few rums still made in an Alambic Charentais Still. This artisan alambic clear rum is flavored only with the extract of pure vanilla beans. Each batch is personally tasted and adjusted by the distillers at Charbay. The beans are extracted in-house by Charbay, and no artificial colors or flavors are added. The rum is triple pot distilled and is a silver rum. The rum is made from Hawaiian sugar cane honey, distilled in a copper alambic pot. It is 35% alcohol by volume. Charbay Tahitian Vanilla Rum is sold in 750mL bottles.
