After less than three years since it first came on the market, Captain Morgan Black Spiced Rum has captured the imagination of the public due to its ability to craft the company's original Spiced Rum with a blackstrap rum that takes it into another stratosphere. Having been drawn from double charred, blackened oak barrels, the aroma that first arrives is that of vanilla, with some spices and the inevitable oak quickly following.
