That area of Tomatin has been producing some form of spirit since the 15th century although the modern facility appeared only recently in 1985. Antiquary 21 YO Blended Scotch combines a unique mixture of whiskeys each using a different type of malt for flavor. It is then aged for at least 21 years. This includes four malt types that each adds a slightly different flavor and aroma. The water used during the distilling process comes from deep within the mountains.
