Chopin Potato Vodka

When Chopin Potato Vodka first came on the scene in 1997, it was named to pay tribute to the legendary Polish composer Frederic Chopin. In the 18 years since, it has helped enhance that name, while breaking new ground for itself. It's produced every year from mid-September to December, a process that begins just after the naturally-grown potatoes have been harvested late in the growing season. That attention to detail helps make sure that the starch content within each potato is nearly double that of those used by competitors. The flexibility this drink has allows it to be served neat or on the rocks. While that exacting approach may seem a bit too technical for some, it's paid off with a number of Gold Medals at Spirits Competitions. The judges at those events have been struck by Chopin's ability to establish a new benchmark in the area of potato vodkas.
