Originally settled in the heart of the Cognac region of France at St. Martial Sur Né, the Trijol family has a rich history of achievement and craftsmenship. Ever since installing their first still in November of 1859 they have continued to expand their legacy of expertise in the art of distilling and blending fine cognacs. In 1962 Maxime Trijol started distilling professionally, and since that day the distillery has grown into one of the largest cognac distilleries in the world, with over twenty 2,500 liter Charente stills. Of their family of premium cognacs, perhaps their most popular is the Maxime Trijol XO. With highlights of mahogany and a depth of amber hue that reminds one of the sunrise, the floral opening transitions to a subtle hint of spice with deep, rich aroma.
