Ingredients
- 2 oz Dark Rum
- 1/2 oz Simple Syrup
- 2 Mint Leaves
- 2 Lemon Wedges
- Tonic Water to top off glass
- Ice
Instructions
Cut 2 lime wedges, add lime 1/2oz simple syrup and 2 mint leaves to cocktail shaker and muddle. Add 2oz dark rum, fill shaker with ice and shake vigorously for 7 seconds. Pour over ice into collins glass, top off with tonic water and garnish with fresh mint leaves
